1. Scope of Package Engagements
All web engineering engagements commissioned through Solvize SITES (Solo, Growth, and Bespoke packages) are governed by the agreed invoice brief and project line items. Additional feature requests outside the initial agreed brief require separate scope approval and fee agreement.
2. Client Intellectual Property, Portfolio & Deliverables
- Client Brand Assets: The client retains 100% ownership of all text, logos, trademarks, images, and brand materials provided for project execution.
- Client Content Warranties: The client guarantees that all provided assets are owned or legally licensed for commercial use. Solvize accepts no liability for third-party copyright or IP claims arising from client-supplied assets.
- IP Transfer: Upon receipt of full invoice payment, all IP rights to the delivered custom code, site assets, and designs transfer to the client. Solvize retains rights to pre-existing underlying tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Portfolio Rights: Solvize retains the right to display the completed website, design screenshots, project performance benchmarks, and case study as part of its professional portfolio and showcase, unless restricted by a prior written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3. Turnaround SLA & Cooperation
The target 3 Business Days SLA for the Solo package applies once complete text content, brand images, domain credentials, and deposit payment are received by Solvize. Delays in client asset delivery or revision feedback pause the turnaround schedule accordingly.
4. Performance Standards & Infrastructure Uptime
Solvize aspires to engineer sub-second, highly optimized web architecture targeting high PageSpeed benchmark scores upon initial deployment. While we utilize global enterprise edge CDN infrastructure targeting high availability, Solvize is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure outages or domain registrar DNS delays.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising from client engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
